More About Me

REALTOR

Originally from Connecticut, Leza moved to Rhode Island more than thirty years ago and considers herself a true Rhode Islander. She has lived across the state, in both the East and West Bays, and worked in Providence for over two decades. Leza has always been interested in real estate and has built and renovated her own personal residences over the years. In 2013, she left the corporate world to pursue her real estate passion full-time, earning her real estate license and forming a privately held company to invest in and renovate residential properties throughout Rhode Island. Since 2013, she has renovated dozens of homes and has invested in many other projects. She enjoys seeing the value that is added to neighborhoods when a home is restored back to its full potential and beauty. Leza also gives back by donating a portion of each home that is restored and sold to various charities across Rhode Island.

Her keen business sense, focus, and solid negotiating and multi-tasking skills are her best attributes. She prides herself on providing a smooth transaction and believes that success results from working with integrity, honesty, and a focus on the clients' best interests. Leza graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and worked in New York City prior to settling in Rhode Island. She brings more than twenty-four years of financial experience to the table, having worked in Private Banking Wealth Management where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing them with an array of financing options for both residential and commercial transactions. Her professional background and skill set give her a thorough understanding of every aspect of the real estate transaction, from start to finish.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga and biking. Leza currently lives in central Rhode Island with her husband and has two wonderful grown twin sons. She is also fluent in Portuguese.
